Job Responsibilities

• Compensation (Range): / hour: $32.75 hr.
• The Project Change Management and Training Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems changes and processes within the Order Management Modernization project.
• This individual will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and training programs that minimize disruption, maximize user adoption, and support the achievement of project goals.
• They will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end-users to identify change impacts, develop communication plans, deliver training, and provide ongoing support.

Job Requirements

• Change Management Training and Development Stakeholder Engagement Project Support
• 3 years of experience in change management and training.
• Experience Preferred:
• Experience working on projects involving technology implementations, process improvements, or organizational changes.
• Education Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Communications).
