Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Dealer Systems Business Analyst will include:

• Dealer Systems Business Analyst
• 12 month contract with potential to extend
• Pay- $29-31/hr
• 1st Shift - 40 hours (8am to 5pm) On-Site 4 days/week
• East Moline, IL
• **Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.**
• Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
• Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
• As a Dealer Systems Business Analyst, you will manage and support the ordering, inventory tracking, and pricing processes for key Microsoft products between the Dealers, Business (Product Management), and IT
• Collaborating with accounting to update and maintain current product pricing and billing processes.
• Developing new order processes in growth regions.
• Supporting the annual planning of the Microsoft ordering process with the Enterprise Desktop Applications Team.
• Supporting and monitoring the dealers order fulfillment process for Microsoft Products
• Proactively managing, tracking, and maintaining Microsoft software entitlements.
• Addressing dealer inquiries related to Microsoft licensing.
• Driving efficiencies in this area through automation and tools such as Power Platform, and helping to define best practices

Job Requirements

• Financial Analyst and Supply Management Experience (Preferred)
• Process oriented, disciplined and organized, with strong attention to detail.
• Project management experience and/or experience leading change management efforts.
• Experience with financial analysis, thinking critically, and demonstrating results.
• Experience with the ability to drive, lead, and execute change.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to work with a variety of business partners.
• Prior Deere experience is not required but is preferred
