Job Responsibilities

• Compensation (Range): / hour: $26 - $28
• We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented finance Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team, with foundational responsibilities in financial analysis. This hybrid role is essential in supporting financial planning and reporting for our HR functions.
• Track monthly spend, investigate PO invoice blocks, make vendor payments & preform month end checkbook
• Analyze and report on Talent Acquisition budget performance, including cost-per-hire and return on investment (ROI) of recruitment efforts.
• Prepare and maintain financial forecasts and models for hiring initiatives and workforce planning.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in recruitment operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership on hiring performance and budget utilization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in tracking spend, budgeting, coordinating payments (SAAP and Ariba)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS) and an understanding of recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
