Production Supervisor, Waterloo, IA

Pay Range - $ 40-42/hr

Bartech has an excellent contract opportunity with John Deere client for a Production Supervisor. As a Production Supervisor located in Waterloo, IA, you will provide leadership, coordination, and scheduling for hourly wage employees on non-routine and self-directed tasks. Additionally, this role will:

• Ensure objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency are met
• Lead and build effective teams, with a focus on unionized environments
  
  

Job Requirements

• AA degree in any field or 4+ years of equivalent experience
• 2+ years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
• Excellent communication and people skills:
• 4-year degree in any field (preferred)
• Previous experience leading teams, preferably in a unionized environment (preferred)

For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing while providing services to John Deere, who is looking for people who are eligible to work in the US and can start immediately.
