Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Aftermarket Inside Sales Representative will include:
- Compensation (Range): 23-27/ hour: Salary:
- Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions.
- Follow documented procedures from initial customer inquiry to sales order close.
- Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
- Offer different alternatives to customers in their preferred choice of product.
- Responsible for closing sales deals and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest standards of on-time delivery of quality products.
- Instill a reputation and passion for the best in industry customer service.
- Represent company in customer meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite of programs and quickly learns similar programs.
- Customer focused mindset to provide best possible solutions to their needs.
- Work alongside other parts team individuals to provide customer solutions.
- Collect relevant customer information and update database.
Job Requirements
- Two plus years' experience working in an industrial service and aftermarket operation.
- Very high attention to detail/thorough.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and financial principles.
- Talent for developing relationships.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High School/GED - Required
- Bachelor's degree, related experience of equivalent of - Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration - Preferred
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Sitting or standing for prolonged periods.
