Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Program Manager will include:

• Compensation (Range): $40/ hour:
• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of home repair and energy efficiency projects for our Income Qualified programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community service.
• Project Planning and Coordination
• Budget Management
• Quality Control
• Communication
• Risk Management and Safety
• Documentation and Reporting

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in low-income housing or home repair projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and energy efficiency standards.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
